A one-day training program designed to educate participants on their company’s responsibilities and obligations under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA). The participant will have an increased understanding of the knowledge and skills required to provide superior customer service to persons with disabilities. In addition, the training will assist the participant in the development and implementing of their Company’s Policies and Procedures. You will have an opportunity to create a Draft copy of your Policy and Procedure.

Please note: Our programs address and satisfy the training requirements identified under the Customer Service Standard legislation through two key Steps. We offer staff training. For more details, please review the Accessible Customer Service for Staff.
